There is no doubt NASA enters climate change ..... OCO-2 Readies for Launch NASAs Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 (OCO-2) is scheduled to launch no earlier than July 1, 2014, from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. OCO-2 will be NASA’s first Earth-observing satellite dedicated to the study of atmospheric carbon dioxide from space. The satellite will collect global carbon dioxide measurements with the precision, resolution, and coverage needed to characterize sources and sinks on regional scales.
