There is no "perfect" time, place or situation. We all experience life differently. While walking hand in hand we are each on our paths. While it may be there time in that souls evolution to experience something, it may be totally different for another. So bloom when you are ready, on your own time and in your own way. We all bloom, some may appear to be out of season, however in reality it is exactly the way life is unfolding for that magnificent soul. So bloom whenever you fancy, beautiful being of light that YOU are.
