There is no way that I can put into words the influence that Mr. Cirks has had on my life. He made such an impact on me that I have chosen to spend my life trying to follow in his footsteps. I have found that to be nearly an impossible task. However, I figure that if I turn out to be half the Ag Teacher and FFA Advisor that Mr. Cirks is, I will have had a successful career. I know that my students are better off because of Mr. Cirks, even if they never get the honor to meet him. I consider it an honor to have been taught by one of the best in the State of Illinois, and know that I am Here by the Owl because of him.
