There is one important lesson I have learnt this past year. I have to get through the rest of my life the best way I can. Opinions from others as to whether Im grieving too long or not long enough can have no relevance to the way I live my life. I cherish my family and get through each day the best way I can. I have good days and bad , I will not listen to any one who tries to judge me unless they have been exactly where I have been. I will accept with gratitude, love and support given genuinely as I give my love and support genuinely to any one who needs it. My life depends on it.
