There is self power in a response, but reaction is created by emotion which gives the other person or situation your power and if you notice when your fighting/arguing, if your the one reacting, your the one feeling powerless in that moment but, the one responding is standing tall getting their point made. Though ultimately, when one is secure within themselves, you will not create positions of power struggle over yourself nor will you seek power over others. No one can take anything from you. Only you can give it away!
