There is something not right at Merica hotel!Either the managers are just incompetent, clueless or just earning a salary!Where on earth does a hotel of such high standards/class have incompetent/lazy waiters and supervisors-Where clients have to wait to be served for hours? Where the waiters are so clueless of what they serve? Where the probability of a client getting what he/she has ordered is almost zero? Where clients have to beg to be given bills and just have to give up waiting for change? Merica deserves better service and someone is not just doing his/her work! I cry for the owners for they are getting a raw deal of their investment!!!!There are better managers out there-one can even take a bus to Lake Bogoria resort!
