There is something wrong with the mental health branch in Humboldt county. How can a man go in and out of sv and not get the help he needs. It is a revolving door. Jacob Osier is stuck in that door. He gets out and immediately starts with his own self medication by drinking. Which starts the entire mental process again. He is not getting the help he needs and he does not see that he needs help. I guess his own family has given up on him also.
