During this workshop we will progress through a series of relaxing postures honoring the last lazy days of summer. As you rest in fully supported poses appropriate for all ages and experience levels, the Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls will be played, creating a dynamic experience for the body while clearing the mind. In final resting savasana, the 30 Earth Gong will wash over you with a full spectrum of harmonics, creating a high-frequency field that vibrates all the bodys cells.
