There need to be mechanisms put into place, there has to be collaborative effort from the provincial leaders to demand if ever there was a caretaker cabinet to run the affairs..the provincial leaders, from deputy governor right down need to be proactive to provide that leadership... Bear in mind that our governor and member for kikori are innocent until proven guilty...they have been given that mendate by the people to lead, there is no question about that as it is their prerogative to lead as enshrined in our mama law... what the people need to do now, is pressure your ward councillors and presidents to see that there is no disruption to public goods and services and that all functions of the GPG need to be consistent under public finance management act and there is a clear direction for all central agencies to correlate their functions to be centralised from one basket, to implement deliverables. Again, with the 10million kina for districts DSIP is that at the discretion of Presidents, and who do they report or provide aquittals at years end...is there an effective measurement grid to monitor and report the progress... There need to be a comprehensive audit, and a solution that will not.decapitate the systems in place...my opinion...
