There r so many problems in our planet… but, some can be cured/ solved... 5~10% of the planet’s population (500m) suffers from some form of depression… Ahhhhh… Eg: What happens when a person falls in luv? Why some remembrance troubles us throughout our life? Luv is never related to heart. :) he he he.... Heart is brain’s slave & is just a blood pumping m/c which can be transplanted. (Does it mean that luv can also be transplanted? Grrr….. ) Please note that there is no data storage capability in our heart. All data r stored in our brain in chronological order. But, things which v like r stored in a “Emotional” section of the brain. Each section has capacity limits. As u grow old, ur childhood data starts fading due to size constraints. The same logic is for emotional section. U don’t remember all that u liked when u were a kid. Also, as u mature over yrs, the data moves out of the emotional section to the general timeline… The best way to address pains triggered by such thoughts/issues (Depression/ Broken Heart/ Insomnia/ Intrinsic/ Personal Loss/ Break-ups/ etc) is to flood the emotional section of ur brain with tons of new encouraging positive thoughts. There r lots of ways to address it (Do what u luv, embrace new hobbies, travel, make new friends, watch movies, help people, think outside urself, always keep urself occupied, etc… ). If u keep thinking about the loss, it adds more bad memory to the emotional space & aggravates the problem…. I guess it’s easy to say but difficult to practice & that’s why there is a business for the “Rehabilitation Centres”… :) :) Wife, “Hmm…. Now, I understand why u don’t remember what happened yesterday…. ” Grrrrrrrrr…………….. The pain in the heart is becoz any -ve impact on any items in emotional section triggers the brain to release chemicals which weakens our heart issue & is definitely not good for us… Also, the day is not far when brain can be scanned & altered... :) :)
