If you are not getting the following you need to ask yourself the question of why not ? These are your entitlements regardless what Contractors or Farmers say, you are protected by law and they can not deny you payment. New Award Rates Hour of Work 38 hour week Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 5.30 pm. Runs are to be worked in 2 hour groupings, with 30 minutes for morning and afternoon breaks and 1 hour for lunch. Must be paid into a fund on behalf of all employees, under the terms and conditions of the Federal Pastoral Industry Award. Superannuation entitlements are not to be paid directly to the employee. Employees are entitled to a wage statement at the end of each shed, wage statement must include Date start and finished wages paid [ Rate of Pay ], Tax paid and superannuation
