There was a little black and white dog running on fieldstone pkwy with a jogger. The douche bag jogger was claiming it wasnt his and was pushing it into the road to get hit. As we were going he kicked the poor thing. Looked like the dog had a collar. If its yours, you may want to get him/her checked out. As for the jogger, I can not express how mad I am at him for how he was treating a dog that wasnt even his. He was a complete @$$ and cussing at the stopped drivers yelling at us to hit the dog.
