There were 1.3 inches in the rain gauge this morning, so it was all little wet, but we still got a lot done. Black eyed peas have been removed and early cabbage, Savoy cabbage, and broccoli have been planted to replace them. Denise also got more cauliflower in the ground. Roger and Terri cleaned out the shed. That was a major undertaking as we tend to be a lot messy..all neat as a pin now! Dale, Kim, Denise and I finished up the fencing around the pavilion and got the petunias and red flowering kale in the beds. Looks really nice and that pretty much completes building for awhile. Thank you Kim..you went above and beyond and we do appreciate it. Still have three beds to get soil for..Dale will do that when it dries out. The harvest for today was 130 pounds 12 ounces. For the year we are at 4,339 pounds 14 ounces.
