Theres a joy that they feel, Rising like a deep blue tide under the sun, Ever so smoothly cascading into the next wave of happiness, But lost in the crescendo and the invisible roll, Their hearts take a beating just as the water thrashes against the shore, Only to be destroyed and reborn again, The serene but strong truth evades them, That it is in the unmoving that motion takes birth, While the ocean of life mocks at them like a surreal master, They forget that true happiness is to be the ocean and not the wave, For who dares to see the entire picture and not be a part of it, Lest the veil is yanked away and the cycle of blindness stops! ~A Sleepless Night
