Theres so much petty and insignificant garbage that goes on in music. Sometimes I just dont get why people stress so much over the most meaningless details when there are incredible musical moments and lessons being blatantly ignored. Times like that always drive me back to one piece--Borodins Second Symphony. More importantly, it drives me to find THE moment again; I get an actual need to relive the moment that I truly experienced music. If music touches your heart, then thats all that matters. If it can change something in your life, then thats what is important. After all... isnt that what were all trying to do?
