Theres something amazing that happens with memories. Special moments, scents, songs…know what I mean? When an experience is so meaningful that anytime your thoughts go back to it, or anytime you hear that song, or smell that scent, a feeling sweeps over your whole body. It gives you goosebumps, makes you cry, and makes you feel like youre in utter bliss all at the same time. THAT feeling. I love to experience and create those kinds memories as much as I can, and the Create A Life You Love Bali Retreat this past May was definitely one of them for me. As soon as this video was created for #CAYLY15, I sat down to watch it, and I cried. And then I watched it 2 more times in a row :) It truly was a life-changing experience for all of us. I’ve been keeping up with all of the participants and they have made some major changes in their daily routines in order to create a life they love.
