Theres something else that should be addressed about these police shootings. Bear in mind, in NO WAY am I justifying or excusing the actions of the police that killed #MikeBrown or any other heinous act by police officers abusing their authority. One common aspect in so many of these incidents are citizens who for whatever reason, are resisting or not obeying a cops orders. Brown would likely still be alive if he would have moved out of the street like his friend. As men, we have a hard time dealing with authority, especially when it is abused, but it is imperative to not let your anger and pride get you killed. You cant win a fight in the street against a gun and an officer who most likely gets a paid vacation if they gun you down. Record the incident, know your rights as a citizen, but dont escalate it for the sake of not looking like a punk.
