There’s something fundamentally un-American about transforming local police agencies into paramilitary squads. President Obama and members of Congress are calling for a review of the program that supplies free military equipment to local law enforcement agencies, typically used to wage the drug war. Take action now and demand that Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel end the program that fosters excessive police militarization!
