These Skinheads are totally out of control. When I was wrongly charged for hit and run in a Chic Fil A parking lot where my speed never got over 3 mph I got a taste of the vendetta white police have against black males. Fortunately I had left the scene because no hit and run occured. Otherwise? You all woud have probably seen me on national tv. The officer wrote 2 warrants for my arrest simply from white people who, if anything, where the instigators, and offenders in this case. The officer heard the hot button words tall black man driving a black BMW who didnt show deference or fear to my white counterparts. I have no doubt that had I been there that I would have been deemed the instigator, provacatuer, and overly cocky for the mentak midget Officer Pettite from the Raleigh P.D. The fact that the defendants in court those 3 days I had to attend was 99.9% black or latino caused me to ask the D.A. where did white people in Wake County go to court? She replied Here...the same place while straining to find one white person. She failed. There were none there. I then asked If they came on alterating days? She said No, everyone comes to the same place at the same time. I then asked her why was the court room defendants 99% black in a county that is 90 percent white? I said do black people stand on the streets waving at cops to come arrest them? Are 99% of officers assigned to black neighbrhoods? The D.A., clearly uncomfortable with this line of questioning from me excused herself to speak with Officer Pettite. 30 seconds later she returned, and curtly said Your chrarges have been dismissed. I said Just like that? I told her that I wanted to exercise my right to defend myself by asking this officer, under oath, why he was harassing me for NO good reason? Im still pissed that I didnt get that opportunity, but im also glad that it was dismissed once the possibility of misconduct was exposed. I didnt have an attorney. When you have nothing to hide, having an attorney can be an option. THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND SET UP AS BLOODSUCKERS OF POOR BLACK AND LATINO CITIZENS BY OFFICERS WHO MANY TIMES HAVE NO INTELLECTUAL CAPACITY TO THINK, COUPLED WITH PRECONCEIVED OPINIONS OF MINORITIES. A RECIPE FOR ABUSE, AND VIOLENT CONFLAGRATION OF RACIAL VIOLENCE UNSEEN SINCE THE RED HOT SUMMERS OF THE 60s.
