These are a few photos of the garden and grounds at the yoga retreat and holistic health place where I am staying in Escazu Costa Rica. Later today I am working with a Shaman and tomorrow with an herbalist. I have had a minor respiratory infection for several months which US doctors seem to think is no big deal even though my breathing and energy level is off. So, I came to see some real healers in Costa Rica. Also, their trees and volcanic lake baths are ideal for clearing up breathing problems. So, I am really looking forward to working with these healers. I also hope to find someone who works with leeches. I would like to have leeches clean my blood after I start releasing toxins. Other than that, I just plan to chill and finish my book in this beautiful place.
