These are some of the very things I discuss in class with my students, but as an instructor of students, a master level practitioner of one system and a beginning (white belt) of another system these words were awesome and very needed for me to hear today and I think they are expressed so much more eloquently than I express them when I speak on such things. Keep your eyes, your ears and your mind open in everything you do. You never know when or where you will find the wisdom that you seek, the words you need to hear or the knowledge that will sustain you.
