These are two human beings joking with each other about their stressful job. Smart people have done studies which suggest that joking is an evolved way to deal with stress and trauma. Humor is healthy. No violence happened here. Only speech. Speech which was private and subjectively humorous. Only jokes happened here. That Reason magazine is in any way involved with speech shaming is ironic. I typically like reason magazine, but not this article. Reason got it wrong. I do not like this sanctimonious outrage trend. Its so backwards.
