These days, it is hard for any business to have a product or price advantage again. These two things can easily be duplicated, but a strong customer service culture can’t be copied. I am “Extremely” impressed by the customer service displayed by VistaPrint. I had order business cards, car window decals and car door magnets. When I received the items, they were a lot smaller than they appeared on the proof screen. It is also very possible that I went a “tad” smaller on the font. I was ready to count my loss and wait a couple of months then order new items. But somehow I decided to try my luck and called VistaPrint to see if there was anything that could be done. Not only did the company agree to let me re-order, but they even went as far as making suggestions for changes that could be made on the decal and magnets in order that they may be more legible as I drive and market my business. They then processed a refund and all I had to pay was shipping again reduced from your normal express shipping cost. I walked away with a new order at just $17 for what I would have had to possibly pay another $80 for! VistaPrint has DEFINITELY won my vote and Loyalty.
