These shots were of Lake Minnawaska close to Woodstock and the Shawangkunk Mountains. Crystal clear lake surrounded by fall foliage and amazing rock formations. It was magnificent. Woodstock on the other hand was so disappointing. Hippie owned establishments have been converted to Madison Ave prices, accompanied by factory workers from the original artists that felt so much pride in their accomplishments. Not every place fit this description. There were a few hold outs. So needless to say I thought back to the Woodstock we 60 year olds and up remember. The fun and the fantasy never ending. White Lake where did you go? Feels like it happened all in my mind. Wow this 63rd birthday has been interesting to say the least. Peace and love? Candles and inscents? Not so much
