These things are awful. When I was about 17 my best friends Jim Bob and Amanda and I went and bought one after repeatedly being told not to. We used it once, just playing around and nothing bad happened. Jim Bobs mothers friend was a Very Well known psychic in the San Marcos area and she came over the next day. We were nieve children. Psychics didnt exist. Well, We were watching a show and all getting ready for work. When we heard her come in we all agreed we would say NOTHING about the Ouija as we were told not to buy and and did anyway so we had to keep it a secret. She came through the house and stopped at our door. We said hello. She always came in the room, gave us hugs and blessed us with rosemary to Keep wild kids safe, She would tell us. She made it to the threshold and said Something wrong. Something bad. We were like, No, its fine, come come on in. She said Nothing fine. Bad spirit. Bad...bad.... As children do, we giggled and she stool there a moment feeling the air. Her mood instantly changed. You have Ouija. Richard is bad spirit. Must burn board now! We were totally freaked out. She had NO idea of knowing we had a Ouija board!! We took it out to carport, burned it and she blessed the house (and us). It was NUTS!!! I will never allow a Ouija in my house. She did tell us a few years later when we brought it up that if we had continued we would have all died in a horrific car crash, thats how Richard died and he wanted all of us to die the same way. We will never know if she was right or not, but I truly believe she was 100% correct.
