They are not always right in their actions but they have the right initiate violence on the people they took an oath to SERVE & PROTECT. If the person seems upset, meaning talking loud, waiving or swinging arm using choice words did it ever occur to PEACEKEEPERS that the situation may be still high with emotions & anger. The officers coming in with their Godzilla approach only escalates the already intense atmosphere. Police brutally is on the news everyday but nothing is changing. Although this Officer of the Peace was in the line of duty he went outside the scope of his job description to KILL this citizen. Im sorry but he committed murder with no just cause. SN: If the 1st, Officer of the Peace, called for back up because of the stature of the citizen he is, in my opinion, an accessory to the murder. The citizen never advanced the 1st Officer of the Peace nor threatened him in anyway verbally. Therefore, it is safe to assume it was the citizen size verses the Officer of the Peace physical ability to apprehend the citizen that made the 1st officer call for back up.
