They call it stormy Monday but Tuesday is just as bad... This great blues song was written by T-Bone Walker in 1940! However it could not be released straight away because of the unavailability of shellac and also the recording ban. So it was forgotten about until T-Bones third album and released in 1947. This song has been inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame and the Grammy Hall of Fame AND the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Its one of the most influential blues songs of all time and helped to shape rock n roll.
