They could do this in areas that cover most of the Nations large cities (almost all of Delaware) because they can do this 25 miles in from all of our borders, and they have jurisdiction for up to 100 miles in from all our borders. Those extraordinary legal exemptions for the Border Patrol are bad enough, but the lack of proper training and supervision, to the point where Border Patrol Agents dont know where their legal authority ends, make them even more dangerous to people in the border areas of the United States.
