They did not kill him in battle it was cold blooded murder and there was a tape recorded from their helmet cam to prove it. The man they shot at point blank range was an afgan civilian just like me or you going about his business and they taunted and tortured this poor man, I respect our armed forces and commend them for what they are doing but the soldiers that were involved in this used there authority as a weapon and murdered an innocent man. Now you tell me are they innocent. If they had killed an afgan here would it be murder?? Of course it would. They didnt get sent to prison just for killing someone it was they way they did it and why that got these murderers sentanced. I say thats a good justice system right there
