They have never had my kind of award show...the great writers of the stories...the creators of the lines that actor and actresses recite...as a youngster living in and around Hollywood part of my life...my big desire was to meet and spend time with writers (Loved to read)! Met celebrities, thanked them if I liked them...otherwise with respect say hello and leave it at that. Wasnt a follower or groupie...but wouldve entered a contest to spend time with great writers...Charles Dickens, Alex Huxley, George Orwell, Leon Uris, Jane Austin...now I have James Patterson and John Grisham that can be followed on face book...like Fern Michaels, Lisa Scottoline, Mary & Carol Clark...there are others...the original book is so much better than the later movie. Always felt sorry for movie performers...and musicians...they do their job...give their all...then try to have a life...and people dont leave them alone...silly...and the worship always seemed even weirder...
