We are not fear mongerers as some insinuate and we dont use fear to motivate people to serve God if it takes fear to get them in the door and to make a confession to salvation then it will take fear to keep them on board and LOVE is the better way and in facts the only way, Now we as Christians knowing therefore the terror of the Lord we persuade men but we dont traumatize them to achieve our desire to depopulate hell! By the love that Paul lived and breathed do we attempt to reach our world and that was best described when he said, I could wish myself accursed so that all Israel might be saved . Bro. James Kilgore made such an impact on this young man when I attended his church as a youngster and Life Tabernacle was built on the foundation of love for truth and love for the lost! While Im on a roll or rant or whatever you call it today. Let me say that I am a truth seeker and a God chaser and I serve God passionately with all of my heart, soul, mind and body! I embraced truth whenever the Lord has chosen to reveal a nugget to me and I become very passionate about that truth and want others to see what the Lord has so graciously showed unto us. The message of Grace was like a rose it was a bud that began opening gradually over the past 30 years and in the past 15 has went to the level it is today. What is disturbing to me is those that have embraced Grace and never got the real meat of the revelation and now have taken the glorious revelation of the mighty God in Christ and treated it as a spare tire and the wonderful truth of the name of Jesus Christ being the name of the everlasting father not only has its application in the area of discussion but the application is more than just water baptism it is imperative that we comprehend its fundamental place in prayer and never in a million years is the words, father, son and Holy Ghost to be employed in place of the name of Jesus Christ in prayer! The late Kenneth Hagin was very strict about the name of Jesus being used in prayer and taught very plainly that we were never to pray to the son...in that day ye shall ask me nothing, verily, verily, I say unto you whatsoever ye shall ask the father in my name he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name ; ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. So the revelation of the name is more than just an issue of water baptism but it must be taught with clarity as did Kenneth Hagin in his teaching on prayer. For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God not of works lest any many should boast. Eph 2:89 This revelation of grace doesnt in any wise dismiss the importance of Repentance being an absolute as Jesus said, except ye repent ye shall likewise perish. and the foundation of the church is predicated upon the repentance from dead works and that is before the foundational truth of faith towards God. The dead works is the adherence to the Mosaic law and not to be construed with acts of obedience to the commandments of the Lord Jesus Christ as he taught his disciples prior to his ascension to teach them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you and that includes the command to go forth and baptize all who heard the gospel. Now we have preachers who once were raised in the truth who will baptize you any way you want to be baptized or will sprinkle you in the name of Jesus ... with the mentality of Hillary...whats the difference. There is a difference and there is a new group of ministers stepping to the forefront who will embrace grace and freedom from the law of Moses and will in the same breath, earnestly contend for the faith that was once delivered to the saints. They will believe in the visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ and are passionate about reaching this hell bound world before they reach their eternal destination with the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ teaching the message of Acts 2 in its entirety not just teaching that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved and neither bypassing it either but will couple it with Peters response to those who inquired saying, men and brethren what shall we do, and unashamedly the message of Acts 2:38 will be trumpeted throughout the world loud and clear. Their desire to preach this message will not be motivated out of a wish to fill their coffers with gold so that they can live lavishly while churchs across the land are struggling to keep their doors open! Hell will be hot for those who squandered the blessing of the Lord and lived such careless lives and while they preach soft messages that move the multitudes this new army of soldiers of the light wil be highly favored of the Lord as they preach without fear or favor to the poor and the hurting and God will provide for all their needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus and while Hollywood wont be beating a path to their door, the echoes of Paul we know and Peter we know will be echoing thru the corridors of the assembiles where the pretenders of the light assemble as they are powerless to cast out the devil. Know them that labor among you! Beware wolves in sheeps clothing!
