They say actions speak louder than words, and that a pen is mightier than a sword. Except metal is precious and talk is cheap but even words we cant afford. So we buy the crooked letters then stitch them on our jackets and sweaters. Walk around and tell people what it means to us, and how we see it as just. Meanwhile drowning in all these words we forget to act on their principle, having forgot how to swim we act insensible. With words becoming fists and fists becoming guns, the guns lead to war without a settled score. The winners write the lore, that the kids read, imagine, and adore. Then they grow up to replace current problems with past mistakes.
