We are helping an 18 year old (who has no family) find a place to live in Ventura County from now thru the end of summer. He is willing and able to help with work around the house and is staying with Patti and I this weekend. He still needs a few credits to finish up high school and get his diploma and has job applications in at Subway and Blimpies in Camarillo and is going to the TO Mall today to get some applications in there.
