Theyve arrived! Santa, Rudy and the KCS Holiday Express have arrived at Union Station and will be welcoming visitors today thru Sunday! Please read on for Holiday Express hours and information on attending. And please note, while free reservations were offered on a first-come basis, you do not need a reservation to attend. General admission is FREE and is always available. Hours for December 18th – 21st: Thursday and Friday 10am – 7pm, Saturday 9:30am – 7pm, Sunday 9:30am – 5pm. Visitors to the KC Southern Holiday Express should head to the Stations Sprint Festival Plaza (Historic North Waiting Room). There, you will find volunteers and signage to direct you to either the Reservations Line or the General Admission Line. Depending on the day and time, Admission lines can be long, so please plan to arrive a bit early to avoid missed reservations. For a few minutes, you will step outside to board the train, but most of the visit will be in a heated space. Please make sure to dress accordingly!
