Things Im thankful for: The 2 men I work for. They are exactly what mentors, leaders & friends should be. They freely give support, guidance and constructive criticism, praise & the tools to become your best. What makes them different than most bosses? They are HONEST. They do not believe in micromanaging. They encourage personal & professional growth and give you the tools you need to do these things. They continually put everything back into the company, so we can continue to be a driving force.They are not petty, they are not shallow, they trust until you give them a reason not to. They operate 1000% with the mission of always being the better person, stay fair, be transparent, leave work at work. They keep every employee in their focus of what they can do to to make their jobs and lives better.They set an example of true ethics and faith, fairness and perspective. I appreciate these two men more than I tell them. So, Jimbo Conner & Mitch Rader, I absolutely appreciate you for all you do.
