Things are starting to take shape. Painters are done, kitchen almost done roll on Tuesday let the kitchen crank up with the stores orders coming in and the samples of our menu Ive got my hand up for taste testing, Now its front of house to get finished. We have the most awesome staff what a wonderful hard working group of people. Special thank you to our dear friend Lyn for all your advice and help these last couple of months, thank you our friend Annie and Susie for your free labour yesterday, Thank you to our staff who have been on the start up team Teresa, Cindy, Alicia, Taylor, Chyna, Fran, Tahlia. We could not have done this without you all. And of course the love of my life Peter Rodoni you work all week in your paid job and all weekend on our Restaurant
