Things like this really piss me off! I hope these guys get a ruthless charge to set a firm example, but knowing our system they probably wont. They are such retarded hillbillys that they might actually get away with it. The formation was 170 Million years old and the jackasses want to say it was loose, and a threat? No shit its loose and delicate, the unique formation is exactly what makes it unique and attractive. Next he will go to the ancient caverns and start braking off stalactites that look dangerous, or chopping down forest redwoods that might be too old in his opinion. Heck why not grab your riffle and kill some endangered animals while your at it douchebag! It would have served him right if the rock fell on him instead, that would have made a great video! Did I mention this pisses me off!?
