Things metallica needs to do to avoid making another death magnetic. I like death magnetic, but I thought it could have been done better. 1. They need a more thrashy guitar tone, death magnetic was far to refined in my opinion. 2. The vocals are good, but they could be done better, for example Chuck from Testament is pretty old like James het, but he still knows how to make his voice sound "thrashy". 3. A lot of the songs were consistently long in death magnetic. And here is another opinion of mine, I prefer shorter like 4-5 minute thrash metal songs over 6-7. Yeah I am picky. 4. There must be a 4th unforgiven. You made 3 already my as well keep going. Remember these are just opinions. Nothing to get mad over.
