Just concluded the first module of the pioneering city-wide Youth Political Leadership Program sponsored by Xavier University KKP - SIO: Issue and Advocacy and Xavier University Governance and Leadership Institute and Oro Youth Development Council. It was great to see the rich interaction between community-based and in school based youth leaders. We hope in the long term, this youth leaders will build a defined and empowered constituency and eventually take on public positions.
