Things we have tried for our exotic concoction party (not really too exotic but it was for my students). Cocktails: Chai Blossom, Salted Meyer Lemon with sage, PG-13 Singapore Sling, Chai with whipped cream! Appetizers: Eggplant pakora, Naan, Dhokla plus fruit (mango, pineapple and strawberry) and vegetable trays, and Dessert: Coffee ice-cream topped with hot coffee/chai and whipped cream! Grading their second exam, and hoping the class average does not go above 83%. If so, I will have to throw another party :-)
