Thats how we know if we should prepare for a flood of calls and thats how we can have enough agents on stand-by. 2. Most teams have specialized agents. So the IVR helps you to get directed to the specialists to solve your inquiry. 3. You are a customer and you are important to us. But youre not the center of our universe. Weve got 1000s of Customers. 4. If youre being a hotshot on the phone, be advised that we know where you live. But you dont know anything much about us. 5. We have been trained with the companys FAQ and SOP and product knowledge before we start answering calls. Dont argue with us on what we know. 6. We need to answer 100s of calls a day. Dont ask why it takes long to answer your call. Youre not a VIP. 7. Weve no time for prank calls. Dont disturb us. Especially you ass-crack radio stations like Ra-*coughs*-aga. 8. Weve got personal problems as well. Please dont be a genital twat and shout at us with your personal problems in mind like you kering. Talk to us with respect and well go the extra mile for you.
