Think (outside the box) Heres the question for the day. Please leave a comment even if its just yes or no. Lets say for the next 12 weeks you only went to your box for one WOD a week to maintain your endurance. Dont freak out yet I havent lost my mind. Now lets say during that 12 weeks you only did very light form work on your oly lifs. Now I know you think Im crazy right? Just hold on and follow along. Now during that 12 weeks instead of your normal WODs you spend 4 days a week getting stronger, bigger and more explosive. Lets say your squat went up #50 your deadlift went up #75 your overhead press went up #25 you were able to do weighted pull ups with #20 extra pounds and your box jump increased 6 inches. Lets also say you gained 5-10 pounds of new solid muscle. If all of the above happened considering you spent less time doing normal WODs would you be a more competitive athlete?
