Think this rookie cop just plain jumped the gun after his partner stupidly drove right directly up instead of parking back a ways and using mouth to negotiate the kids dropping the gun....there was NO ONE in immediate danger seconds BEFORE cops flew right in front of him on grass instead of on road....sorry rookie needs to be fired, driver needs to be taught to park back a ways and try to talk, or in the old days ways negotiate for his voluntarily dropping his toy and coming with them for questions...
