Thinking of buying Whey Protein again ill prolly go for the cheap shit again "Six Star Whey Protein". Its a combination of whey flax seed powder and creatine. Just more convenient that way and faster delivery system along with chocolate milk. I have vitamins and omega-3 s already. If you take vitamins for a few weeks before whey your body will have all it needs then your muscles will absorb protein better.
