Thinking of how to describe the day and, quite frankly Im struggling for superlatives that will adequately encapsulate the epic-ness of the moment. Winter in South East Queensland is really unfair to everywhere else when it comes right down to it. After a chilly evening, the day is now thawing and warming to a top of low twenties. A zephyr of a westerly is caressing the skin with the faintest memory of the previous evening and with a breathy promise of what is to come this afternoon/evening. The sky is horizon to horizon cerulean, unmarred and unblemished by the merest whim of a cloud. The whole vista radiates peace and tranquility. Coffee machine at the ready to dispense caffeinated comfort at a moments notice. Talk about the building blocks of a tremendous day.
