Ingredients Required Meat (Minced Meat) Beef/Mutton) 750gr to 1 Kg Gram Pulse (Dal Chana) 1 Cup (200 Grams) Onion (Cut 4 Pieces) 3 Pcs (250 Grams) Ginger (Skinless) 1 Tablespoons Garlic (Skinless) 1 Piece (25 Grams) Egg(s) (Evaporated) 2 Eggs Oil/Ghee 1-1/2 Cup (300 Grams) Tooba Shami Kabab Masala 1 Packet (50 Grams) Greens Required Onion (Well Chopped) 3 Pcs Medium Size Green Chilli (Well Chopped) 8 Pcs Ginger (Chopped) 1 small Piece (Size 1 inch) Green Coriander Leaves (Well Chopped) 1 Bunch Green Mint Leaves (Well Chopped) 1 Bunch Cooking Steps 1. In 4-6 Glass Water add Meat (Minced Meat) Gram Pulse, Onion, Ginger, Garlic & Tooba Shami Kabab Masala. Boil all items on low flame until all items tender. 2. When all items tender, then grind them equally. 3. After grinding, mix well Green Masala & evaporated eggs in the grinded mixture. Make 20 to 25 medium sizes Kabab. 4. Fry the Kababs in hot oil/ghee both sides. Best served with Raita or Chutneys or Sauces. Tasty ‘Tooba Shami Kabab’ is ready.
