(Thinks) As I look over the past few months at all the open mic variety shows Ive hosted, from the Do You Lyric Lounge-ATL 3 yr anniversary show last November featuring The Remnant, to the Atlanta vs New Orleans showcase I co-hosted in Atlanta with Hero44, to Bugsy Calhoun selling out my shows in December in Atlanta & Augusta, to Kwashane and Solow with the Compound Columbus crew celebrating The Unleashed Open Mic 1 year anniversary last December...... (breathe) Theeen, to Jae Rich giving such an entertaining vocal performance at Januarys Do You-Atlanta, then to the entire Black Student Union at Augusta State coming out to support Do You Lyric Lounge-Augusta, to the Fantastic cafe social/open mic at 45 South Cafe, aaaand the OMG that Unleashed Open Mic show last night was sooooo AWESOME!!! Journee Poetess was absolutely fabulous, the open mic was lively diverse and on point, and Dj G Syde was Happy!!! ;) I give God all the glory for allowing me to provide stages and microphones to this quality creative expression. 2014 has started off exactly wonderful and Im anticipating some very exciting months ahead! 8-)
