This 1-minute video really touched me when I watched it. Ashlee at 4th Trimester Bodies has done such a beautiful job at photographing the changes women see in their bodies after having a baby. I love that she doesnt focus on fat or skinny, or show transformations from one to the other, but rather just shows what might be normal changes for you post partum and encourages us to embrace and love those changes. Have you heard of the 4th trimester bodies project before? They are doing pretty cool things over there.
