This 1983 classic, A Christmas Story, is my absolute favorite Christmas movie of all-time! All the aspects of this movie reminds me so much of my own family. But of all the scenes in this great movie this scene right here is the one that gets to me every single time. The reason for that is because I was bullied quite frequently, and I had my own psychotic breakdown just like Ralphie did in this scene. And like Ralphie I thought my dad was going to beat the snot out of me for getting into a fight, especially when I got suspended from school for three days. Nope, my dad took me out to get pizza with the family, lol! No one ever knows the outcome until they get there. I guess thats the life lesson I took from the that fateful day in 7th grade.
