This Anzac Day the Australian War Memorial encourages all Australians to remember the service and sacrifice of the courageous men and women who have served our country in all wars. This year we pay special tribute to those who have served in the recently concluded Afghanistan conflict. In remembering those who have served and the 40 men who lost their lives in Afghanistan we are running a series of YouTube videos detailing their service and sacrifice. The stories are told by those who served and their loved ones. Today’s story is told by Squadron leader Ashley Joslin an AP-3C Orion pilot from No. 92 Wing, Royal Australian Air Force. He served with the first deployment of Orions to the MEAO in 2003 and served again in 2004, 2005-06 and in 2007.
